In most cases the property has been completed by the lawyer acting as power of attorney.We can collect the keys (with your authorisation) and then act as your responsible keyholder for the property.

Action a full detailed snagging list of the property,take photo's and then forward onto the lawyer and you.

Identify security shortfalls with the property and provide a list of suggestions to make the property secure.

Check the utilities(water,electric,gas) have been connected and feed back the results.

Advise you of the best places to purchase furnishings and fittings for your property or if you are furnishing the property yourselves,we can be available to let in the companies and check the furniture and fittings are correct and to standard on your behalf.

Once all the above has been completed the property should be ready for use we can provide many services to help manage your property in Spain.
