Before using our Furnishings Service please have a look at our After Sales Service.This will provide you with an idea on the best procedures to follow before furnishing your property.This is a free no obligation service.

We offer 2 flexible furnishing services: 

Individual Selection: You select the style you would like in the property either modern or traditional we then provide you with a full list of items available for various types of properties. Once we have received the completed list we can then provide you with a full quote, which will include I.V.A (tax), fitting and delivery with no hidden fees.

 

Packages: All properties are different sizes and require different amounts of furniture and fittings. We have tried to standardise the normal requirements for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, living room/dining room,

kitchen and terraced property.

Packages are in three price ranges €4995, €7,995 and €12,595 however you can select additional items or delete unwanted items depending on your individual requirements.A new price will then be calculated for your agreement.

 

We can also provide quotes and install security items e.g security grills,window locks,new front door locks,alarms etc.These will ensure your property is safe and secure.

 

All the work is completed and overlooked from start to finish by us, right down to making up the beds and laying out the table settings and then finally providing photographs for your viewing.

This gives you total control and reassurance as you are only dealing with one company and in most cases one person.
