We understand the difficulties trying to deal with guest’s queries being so far away and this is why we act as the first point of contact for your guests thus avoiding unhappy guests who may have difficulty contacting you from abroad due to work commitments and time. In most cases there will be no additional cost to you.
As with all properties and developments, unfortunately things will go wrong and it is advisable to have someone to hand to deal with any problems in your absence.
What would you do if during your guests stay, the washing machine leaked, the air-conditioning stops working, the electric goes out, they lose their keys, have a accident in the property or any other unforeseen problems arise? Call out fees for tradesmen can be expensive and in most cases we can carry out the work for you.
